Course Enrollment & Access
Completion Requirements and Cancellation Policy
• Learner Cancellation: Full refund available if cancellation is received in writing at least 7 days before the course start date. No refunds after the course begins.
• Organization Cancellation: If the course is cancelled by Pediatric Feeding Essentials, all registrants will receive a full refund.
• In the event of inclement weather or other event resulting in the inability for a live course to be provided within the scheduled time, an alternate date will be provided. In the event that the learner is not able to attend, no alternate date will be provided.

- Enrollment provides access to the selected course(s) for personal educational use. Course materials may not be shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.
- Participants must attend each session in its entirety (full 1 hour) to receive credit.
- No partial credit will be awarded; all 12 sessions must be completed.
- Participants must complete a post-course evaluation and content exam with a passing score of 70% to receive credit.

Pediatric Feeding Essentials, LLC is an AOTA Approved Provider of professional development. Completion of all course requirements (attendance, assessments, evaluation) is required to earn CE credit.

Technology Requirements
- Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate internet access and device compatibility to complete the course.
